There are significant advantages to using aerial infrared scanning for commercial roof inspections. By capturing thermal images, our drones can quickly and safely identify hidden problems like water damage, insulation issues, and structural defects.

Once we complete your infrared scan we can provide you an expert assessment on the condition of your commercial roof so you can make informed decisions.

Step 1: Inspection

One of our experts will schedule a time to meet with you and inspect your roof. In addition to the thermal roof scan, we are looking for things that might be causing leaks or be susceptible to leaks including:

Drainage
Debris
Roof Penetrations
Flashing and Sealants

Step 2: Report and Recommendation

Once your assessment is complete with photos, documentation, and detailed notes we will generate a report for you to keep. One of our team members will review the report to outline:

Step 3: Contract & Scheduling

When you decide to work with Armour we will generate and execute a contract to get started on your roof restoration. Our sales teams will pass all the information over to our operations team to work directly with you for scheduling your project.
