Armour Industries, Inc. (Armour) is a roof consulting company providing roof inspections, maintenance, repair and roof replacements for commercial roofing systems.

Armour and Client. (Referred to as “Owner”) desire to enter into a Service Agreement regarding roof inspections.

I. Armour Industries, Inc. will begin the onsite inspection on the referenced project in the Spring and/or Fall after an agreement is purchased through this form.

A. Roof Inspection:

1. Armour Industries, Inc. will provide a qualified inspector, at the agreed upon time, to be present on the job site for the purpose of conducting a Roof Inspection, Cleaning of Heavily Soiled Areas, Clearing of Major Gutter/Drain Obstructions (Does NOT include clearing of downspouts or internal drain clogs- only surface cleaning), and proactive repairs of any areas at higher risk to failure in Armour’s Roof Installation.

2. Armour Industries, Inc. will provide the Owner with a report to include the following:

a) Inspection Summary

b) Photographs which support Findings & Solutions

II. During the course of this Agreement, the Owner shall permit access to the roof, water supply (as needed), and provide reasonable cooperation for the performance of activities described in this Agreement.

III. The parties additionally agree:

A. The term of this Agreement shall be active until terminated by either party by mail or email at any time.

B. During the term of this Agreement, Armour may, at its discretion, secure assistance or services of other qualified personnel to perform work or services necessary to complete the terms of the Agreement.

C. The Owner, after receiving this warranty page, shall make payment of fees to Armour Roof Co.
